Explanation
Game Day Guide is the roadmap for a fan's college football weekend.
College football is different from all other sports in that the championship is determined by rankings rather than a playoff. With this structure (unless your team is perennial Top 2) you are likely going to need some help from other teams at some point during the season in order to move up into one of the top two slots in the polls. Herein lies the beauty of college football. . . every week, in addition to the game your team is playing in, there are between 15 and 50 other matchups whose outcomes could have an impact on how your team fares in future rankings. Each week, Game Day Guide shows you what the relevant matchups are for your team, when they take place, where they can be viewed on television, and most important, which outcome is most favorable for your team.
To get started, find and click your team on the home page. All of the matchups from the current week whose outcomes are potentially relevant to your team's poll placement will be displayed.
The box around the team's name indicates the preferred winner of the matchup that would be most favorable for your team. In the example below, if USC was your selected team, a few of the preferred winners would be Notre Dame, USC(obviously), and Charleston Southern.

If you would like to have the preferred outcomes emailed to you, you can subscribe for a small fee to have them delivered weekly for your favorite team for the entire regular season (this subscription also provides access to view all teams online after the first week of the season).
After the first week of the season, a subscription will be required to view the preferred outcomes online which will provide you with access to view all teams online for the remainder of the regular season and includes weekly email delivery of the preferred outcomes for your favorite team.
